Read the official SIL Open Font LicenseUse the Google Fonts links on this page. Open a font family, select Get font, then Download all to save its font files. The six listed families are available under the SIL Open Font License.
The SIL Open Font License permits personal and commercial use, including artwork and documents. Font redistribution and modification have conditions, so keep the licence file and read it before sharing or changing font files.
No. A font file lets compatible applications typeset new text. PNG and SVG downloads from CalligArab are artwork exports, not installable fonts.
Extract the downloaded ZIP, open a TTF or OTF file and use your operating system's font installation option. Restart your design application if the family does not appear in its font list.
Arabic needs contextual letter shaping and right-to-left text support. Use an application with Arabic shaping enabled. A font alone cannot add this support to an application that lacks it.
